I like to think it allows my clients a moment of peace in their homes and an opportunity to set up in their favorite chair, cozy in a warm blanket, or sipping a cup of tea. This comforting setup allows you to engage in meaningful therapy sessions without the stress of traveling to a new location or navigating unfamiliar environments. With telehealth, I find it is significantly simpler to prioritize your mental health while enjoying the familiar and soothing surroundings of home.

Intake Assessment
$300
The intake assessment is a crucial first step in our work together. During this 60-90 minute session, we’ll complete a comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment. This means we’ll explore your mental, emotional, and physical health, as well as your life experiences, to get a holistic understanding of your unique needs and goals.
The information gathered will help determine the best approach to support you, assess the level of care needed, and ensure we’re aligned on your therapeutic journey. It’s a safe, confidential space for you to share at your own pace, and by the end, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how we can move forward together.
Individual Session
$180-$200
Individual therapy sessions provide a focused and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Each session lasts between 45-60 minutes and is tailored to your unique needs and goals.
During these sessions, we’ll work together to gain insight, develop coping strategies, and address any challenges you're facing, all within a safe, non-judgmental space. Whether you're working through a specific issue or looking for ongoing support, each session is an opportunity to take meaningful steps toward healing and personal growth.
